Please note additional fees may be charged where you require an address redirect once an item is in the hands of a carrier ($20 per redirect). Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all shipping address details.

Also note that for any issues with your items either damaged or not being delivered, you must notify us within TWO 2 weeks of placing the order.  After that time we will be unable to sort out any discrepancies.
