Many years in the past or I should say once upon a time way back when, after my dad died of cancer, November 1975. It was difficult for my mother. Having to raise six children and take care of herself without a man to bring home the vegetables. Well during those years we ate beans and rice mainly every day, because we were poor especially on Sundays or some special holiday as Christmas or for someone’s birthday my mom would prepare and cook a meal or two with animal flesh--- wow—good old baked chicken or I am sure it was stewed. At that period of my life I did not care at all for food let alone vegetables or grains. I lost my dad, remember, all I wanted was my favorite treats---anything sweet. My dad gave me whatever I wanted to eat, bring on the sweets, back then it was “Flutie juice”, my sweet mom constantly reminded me.

Now my eating consist of plants because I simply love them. Applying the past to this present age, I do like sweets, but I love everything plants.

1/.

Plants for me are always alive, because I may at some point replant them and while I sleep they would germinate and give my family and I more food.

2/.

Plants speak to me, they let me know which soil they like and dislike. The climate and temperature appropriate for them; and the rate of growth.

Don’t believe me, just plant a bunch of kale in a dry pot of soil which you didn’t even analyze or researched. Let them be there for a long time and get back to those poor kale within a month or so and witness what have become of them. Either those plant germinate because the soil was actually the correct PH balance (acidity or alkalinity) for them or the kale withered and shriveled up because the soil used was not the correct soil and no care was given to the plant. No water or sunlight given, no attention at all to the care of the kale.

In contrast to plants our body was designed by an intelligent divine Almighty Creator, who understood our needs and wants. He formed us out of the ground where we plow and bury the seeds, expecting to have a harvest, while experiencing the growth of those plants, we sometimes take for granted.

3/.

Our body was created by our Creator who created a beautiful garden, showed us what type of plants to be eaten because he planted them in the ground, created the water and sunlight for their photosynthesis and yes man's

food and medicine were there for him prior to man's creation, even his flesh was formed out of the ground where he should toil and grow his food. For these reasons, I am a PLANT LOVER OKAY, GREAT!
